Refund and Returns Policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a straightforward refund policy with the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Customers are entitled to request a refund within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. Refunds are applicable only to the cost of goods, excluding any non-refundable charges such as:

  • Delivery fees
  • Fitting service fees, unless specific conditions are met (see section 4)

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • The product must be unusednot installed or partially installed, and returned in its original condition with all original packaging and components.
  • Products will undergo inspection upon return. Approval of the refund is at our discretion based on the condition of the returned item.

2. Restocking Fee

All approved refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee covers handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been installedused, or altered in any way are not eligible for return, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

If a product is believed to be defective, please contact us with evidence (e.g., photos or videos), and we will assess and address the issue promptly.

4. Fitting Services

Charges for fitting services are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

Refunds for fitting services will only be issued if:

  • The fitting service has not yet been completedand
  • It is not scheduled to be completed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday) of your refund request.

Once a fitting appointment is completed or falls within the 2-business-day window, the service charge becomes non-refundable.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team using the contact form or email provided on our website, quoting your order number.
  2. Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return address.
  3. You are responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the item(s) to us.
  4. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during return shipping.

6. Refund Timeframes

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund (minus any restocking fee and non-refundable charges) will be processed within 5–10 business days, back to your original payment method.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch or fitting, please contact us immediately. Orders that have already been dispatched or prepared for fitting may be subject to our standard returns process and applicable fees.
